Returning Room Selection


Steps for Returning Room Selection

 Step 1




Submit your housing agreement at by February 14th, 2015.

To be eligible for any part of the Room Selection Process, you must be a current housing resident with a completed 2015-2016 Housing Agreement.

Step 2





Attend a Returning Room Selection Information Session.  Click here for dates.

Step 3





Receive your Room Selection instructions in Panther Mail. This will include important information needed for Room Selection.

 Step 4




Assign yourself to a room through: 

Same Room Retention on February 24th-25th

You may choose to stay in your same room. For example: if you live in Towers 215A and want to return to Towers 215A, you would make you selection at this time.

Roommate Pull-In on February 26th

Residents who opted to stay in their same room may pull-in their friends to be their roommates if there are spaces open in the room.

General Room Selection on March 2nd-5th

Most residents will fall into this category.  Residents will be given an appointment to self-select their room for next year.   Appointments will be made based on seniority. You will also be able to pull in your friends to be your roommates in any empty spaces in the room you select during this process.
