Honors College @ Parkview Hall

Parkview Hall is a vibrant home for 596 first-year and upper-class Honors College students and 15 resident assistants, offering a welcoming space where residents can live, learn, and grow together. Made up of two 6-story dormitories, Parkview East and Parkview West, the community is connected by a beautiful sky bridge and features fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment-style units with a full kitchen, living room, and shared bathrooms. 

Designed especially for Honors College students, Parkview brings academics and community together through study groups, workshops, service projects, and social programs that help residents connect with each other and make the most of their FIU experience. Residents also enjoy convenient access to 18 study lounges, a laundry room located on the second floor, and an on-site parking garage that requires a separate parking decal.
