Priority Deadline Dates
Planning to stay on campus this summer? Be sure to apply by April 3 for Summer Session A or C housing. If you’re interested in Session B, the priority deadline is May 29.

Enrollment Requirements
Students living on campus during Summer Session A or B must be enrolled in at least 3 credit hours for the session they are staying. Students planning to stay for Session C do not need to take summer classes but must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall 2026.

Important Financial Notice
If you are not enrolled in summer classes, financial aid and certain university services will not be available during the summer term.

Living on Campus Without Enrolling in Classes

Being enrolled means you pay tuition and student fees, which give you access to campus resources like the Rec Center, CAPS, the library, and parking decals. If you’re not enrolled in classes, you won’t have access to these services, but you can choose to purchase a summer parking decal or gym membership if needed.

Summer Placement Information

Due to changes in the academic calendar, students currently living in a Session C building (Tamiami or University Apartments) will remain in their spring assignment throughout the summer.
