Panther Hall is home to 392 first-year residents and 10 resident assistants, offering a suite-style community where students can build connections during their first year at FIU. This fully furnished hall features 2-bedroom shared suites with Twin XL mattresses, a refrigerator in each unit, and a shared full bathroom.
Residents also have access to community kitchens on the second, third, and fourth floors, a laundry room on the first floor, and four study lounges that provide space to study, relax, and connect with neighbors.
