Between May 15 - Aug 2, 2026, FIU opens its residence halls to non-FIU students for summer programs. This includes groups/companies seeking housing for their participants for the allotted time.

Parkview Hall offers a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. Each unit has a full kitchen and a living room. Guests are required to bring their own toiletries and cookware.
