Between May 15 - August 1, FIU opens its residence halls to non-FIU students for summer programs. This includes individuals with internships in the South Florida area. Participant must provide proof of internship from accredited employer.

University Towers and Parkview Hall offer a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. Each unit has a full kitchen and a living room. Guests are required to bring their own toiletries and cookware.
